As the proposal mentioned, we will share all the design work amongst four of us. Today, we justified our deliverable of this project through Facebook Messenger. The following are the artworks I will be producing throughout the entire project, and the jobscope I will be covering in order to produce them.

I will be in charge of:
1 | Event Logo - by using Adobe Illustrator / InDesign
Logo design for 'Trace the Thread' will be created by using Adobe Illustrator / InDesign once we confirmed the partnership with our client. It will be published on our official website (handle by Hui Ying) and Facebook page (handle by Ee Lin). Other than that, this logo will appear on all the design works throughout the entire project. We acknowledge that it is the very first step which aid and promote instant public recognition toward our event.

2 | Booklet - by using Adobe InDesign
It is a 8-12 pages booklet used to outlined everything in the events, such as the client, our team members, the artists who joined us for exhibition and second hand fashion corner, the sponsors and so on. It used to attract people eyesight on our event.

- Publish on Facebook page and also distribute on event execution day
3 | Recruitment Poster - by using Adobe Photoshop / InDesign
The recruitment poster is specially design to call out for volunteers. Due to we have only 4 members in a group, we don't have sufficient staff during the event. Thus, we need some volunteers to assist us from all of the aspects to perfect this event.

- Publish video on Facebook page & official website
4 | Invitation Card - by using Adobe InDesign
It is a simple small card and will be send out to all the VIP and media 5 days before our event. It used to be a letter includes agenda and some invitation words by asking the VIP and journalist to attend our event on the execution date.

5 | Infographic - by using Adobe InDesign
It is the only part that all of us will in charge of and this is our very first time to do infographic. To broaden attendees' perspective, we decided to come out 4 series of design. Each of us in charge of 1 only.
- Research on similar ideas infographic design
- Discuss the color scheme and the style of infographic
- Finalize all the infographic
- Publish on Facebook page & Official website after event
6. Client & Participants for Second Hand Fashion Corner and Exhibition
As the project director, I will be the one who directly deal with our client and always make them up-to-date toward what we have done. Most of the time, I will prepare the related document and distribute to other members, such as sponsorship proposal, sponsorship contract, invitation letter and so on. Besides that, Jin Ling and me are in charge of recruit second hand fashion corner and exhibition participant and brief them on the way we can cooperate to reach the aim of 'Trace the Thread'.

In fact, I was a Journalism student during Diploma time. I think it is a good way for me to polish all the skills I learn throughout the years in Inti International College Penang, not just limited on writing skill as what I was doing previously in Han Chiang College. I also take this as an opportunity to promote 4 of us to the industry professionals , perhaps there are someone happy with our working ability.
