Group Meeting: Draft Agenda

After a short presentation to our project advisor - Mr. Faris Hakim, he was satisfied with the details of our event, but he has no idea how we would arrange all the activities. Thus, he required us to come out with a draft agenda before he ended his class.

Under the permission of Mr. Faris Hakim, four of us leave the class with the laptop while other groups are presenting their ideas. Then, we went to the Inti canteen for further discussion. As Ee Lin and Hui Ying was majoring in Public Relations during Diploma time, they was quite experienced on this part. They gave us some suggestion on planning the agenda. At the same time, we also refer to the example online.

After considerable discussion for around half hour, we have come out our first agenda and it was submitted to Mr. Faris Hakim with our group proposal on Thursday (8/9/16). Check out our first agenda below!
