Contact Client & Refined Sponsorship Proposal

To carry out 2 project within 4 months is quite rush for us. Intend to follow up with our tight schedule, each of us started our own tasks after we get the approval from our advisor, Mr Faris Hakim. I am taking the responsibility to connect with our client, which is Fashion Revolution Malaysia.
——Invitation Letter for Client
After I done with the writing work for invitation, I could not find their contact details online. Thus, I decided to drop a line to my friend, Ms. Laura A Francios, who is the Assistant Country Coordinator of Fashion Revolution Malaysia. She was graceful for our idea and show her willingness to come out for a short meeting. I managed to arrange a meeting for all of my members and her on coming Tuesday.
——Sponsorship Proposal
At the same time, I asked friends who have experience on executing event or exhibition for the details that have to include in the sponsorship proposal. They always willing to share their experience with me and even tell me the important details that I have to take note on. It was great to have them because I have totally no idea how to start the sponsorship proposal at the very beginning. To make it easier for 4 of us throughout the event, I designed a sponsorship as a confirmation details with sponsors and it will be attached as the last page of the proposal.
