Group Meeting: Discussion & Update Deliverable

After we done the class, we went to the Inti Canteen for a short discussion. This meeting happens because we found out that Ee Lin also design for group logo and event logo without inform anyone of us. The 2 logo design work should be under Jin Ling and me.

Since we have separated the job among 4 of us equally, this issue should not happens. Thus, we decided to sit down and listen to the explanation of Ee Lin. After listen to her, this issue can be conclude as her misunderstanding of Mr. Faris's instruction, which require us to come out logo and show him on Monday (19/9).

We accepted the reason. However, to be fair to Jin Ling and me, we remain the job scope by not accepting Ee Lin's design and she is fine with the decision.

——Update Deliverable

After that, we started to share what we have done after the meet up with Mr. Looi from PBB Group Berhad. Hui Ying share us the lesson she learnt when she asked for sponsorship from Coffee Talk. The boss teach her to come out with publicity materials since sponsors can't imagine what kind of benefit they can get only through the words on proposal.

Thus, we decided to pause on the seeking of sponsorship and focus on our publicity materials. Since our logos are ready, Hui Ying promised to start her website design and poster design this week, while Ee Lin can start on the Facebook timeline design for our event page. At the same time, Jin Ling and me will continue looking for participants of Exhibition and Second Hand Fashion Corner, and start our design as well.

As Ee Lin claimed that, her design work is a bit light for her. We suggested her to go on design for the card ask for donation on the roadshow and in charge of the sponsorship interactive wall part.
