Update: Meeting with Lim Chun Woei

Dated On Wednesday, 5/10/2016 1.00pm at Han Chiang College
It's the day to meet Mr. Lim Chun Woei.
Hui Ying decided to carpool with Jin Ling and me as all of us are going down to town area from Inti International College Penang. We arrived Han Chiang College on time and I made a call to Mr. Lim.
Although I reminded him on the morning, he totally forgot it and out for another meeting. Thus, he asked us to come back later. On 3.00pm, we finally meet Mr. Lim at his office.
As I mentioned the brief idea of our event previously through Facebook Messenger, we just focus on the roadshow and exhibition during this time meeting. We explained to Mr. Lim that we need around 10 artists to join us for the drawing section on the roadshow and also invite his students to join us on exhibition.
He claimed that it is hard to get 10 artists in Penang, there will be more than 10 if we allow him to invite his student to draw as well. We were pleased him about this. Before we leave, we informed him the date and venue for the roadshow, and also promised to follow up with him next week.
——Coffee On The Table
Afterward, we went to Coffee On The Table with Hui Ying to collect the voucher. We get 100 pieces of 10% discount vouchers from the cafe and the owner still considering for the cash sponsor.
At the end, we requested to put our publicity material at the cafe and he welcomed us to do so.
