Update: Meeting with U Hotel Penang & PBB Group Berhad

We finally get the confirmation letter from our advisor, Mr Faris Hakim after 2 weeks of waiting. Hui Ying contact the venue sponsors, PBB Group Berhad and our main sponsors, U Hotel Penang at once to pass the letter.

Four of us gather at U Hotel Penang, which located at Sungai Dua to have a meet up with Ms May. This meet up is tends to pass the letter to Ms May and also asked about the details regarding the RM1000 sponsorship for our project which they mentioned in their email.
Before we ended up our short meeting over the hotel lobby, she required us to give her a hard copy of sponsorship proposal and also mentioned that they will get back to us soon once they done discussion.

After taking lunch, Hui Ying and me went to PBB Group Berhad Office. This is the 2nd time for us to meet up Mr Looi.
Other than pass him the confirmation letter, we also discuss on deposit. We are tend to clarify the period for us to bank in the deposit for them and get their bank account number. He allowed us to pay the deposit 1 month before our event execution date, which is 27/10/2016 (Thursday) and the bank account number will send to our mail box after the meeting.
At the same time, I also required him to give me the TLM Event Company contact details since I haven't get their reply after few weeks I asked for sponsorship of table and chair during roadshow and event. He is always willing to help us by providing me the phone number of the person in charge of Occupy Beach Street, Wing and also the boss of the Company, Alex.
It is another good day to remember!
