1st Roadshow: Publicity on Facebook & Idea

I was using the photos that are taken with Jin Ling and Hui Ying as the promotional materials for our first roadshow at Little Penang Street Market. After I edited the color tone, I posted them on Facebook in different time for different purposes.
At initial, I posted the photos that we are cutting and doing something with the old clothes and add on the words "Stay Tuned for Something Awesome" to catch the attention of the followers of our event page.
2 days before the roadshow, I announced what we actually prepare to do during our roadshow time and invite audiences to visit us by including all the details on Facebook.
The night before the roadshow execution date, I scheduled 2 posts to be published on the Facebook, as the final call out for our followers at 9.30am and 12.30pm.

——Suggestion for Hui Ying
I have given out a few suggestions to Hui Ying to do as she is the one in charge of this roadshow. First, I asked her to create a poster to make audience aware that we are collaborating with US Pizza Malaysia to have a fund raising roadshow by including date, time, venue, price for pizza and also an offer.
This offer is just a short sentence 'Win voucher with RM 10 purchase' on the poster. It is tends to perhaps boost the sales of US Pizza that will lead to more profit sharing for us. For those who come over our booth for vouchers, we will have a lucky draw and this decided the number of voucher they can get.
At the same time, I also required Hui Ying to come out an instruction card for our photo content entitled with 'Show Your Label' which under her design work. According to the steps I have written, audience have to take a photo by showing the label on their clothes, upload to Facebook with the few specific hashtag, like our Facebook page, then they will stand a chance to win buffet vouchers for 2 of G-Hotel and Jen Hotel.
