2nd Roadshow: The Actual Day

6.30 early in the Sunday morning, we have started the preparation work for our 2nd roadshow at Occupy Beach Street. This time, Ee Lin and Jin Ling are joining us! And the friend who always stand with us, Chieh Ling also there to help out.

As promised, Occupy Beach Street provided us 6 tables and 20 chairs to allow us to have booth and place for drawing shirt session at the same time. Intend to appreciate the supportive action of artists, I have left the space for one of the artists, TauEw to sell his brand product over there for free.

On that day, Jin Ling and me were in charge of the drawing session and also promote our event to the audiecens come near to our booth. While Hui Ying and Ee Lin were in charge of the role to lead audience aware of our event and make a donation.

We also teaching people to do the bracelets and giving out the discount vouchers of The Twelve Cups for audiences. Compare to the Little Penang Street Market, the people over Occupy Beach Street is slightly hard to approach, especially because of the space between canopy is a big distance. At the same time, we also keep follow up with The Twelve Cups regarding their business from our side.

For the drawing session, it was around 2 hours long for all the 14 artists to done their drawing. This session started at 10am and ended around 12pm. After all the artists are ready, we take a group photo and also our photographer help to take personal photo separately for publicity design purpose.

It is another day to remember!
