I come out with 3 designs for recruiting poster, and the third is the final version.
The recruting poster that I have created at the media sample stage is not much different with the final outcome design. Same with the old version, I have made this recruting poster simple with a grey tone background. For the background, I use the same image of the event poster for this recruting poster to give a sense of unity.
I tried to make this poster stands out with its simplicity and contrast. Different with the example I found, I use yellow rectangle as the element to lead people pay attention to, instead of hightlight all the words in yellow. The main color for our event is yellow, grey and black. To avoid the yellow too bright for our eyes, I decided to not puting it as the color for words, but an element to lead audiences' eyes.
This recruiting poster only display on our event Facebook page to attract people who are passionate to manage an event for joining us as volunteer, especially Inti International College Penang students.

In the other hand, I also create a google form for volunteer to fill up, which easier for me to collect their contact information more directly.
