Update: Printing for Infographic & Set Up Day

——Printing for Infographic
3 of us (Jin Ling, Hui Ying and me) followed by 2 of our volunteers Siah and Lye to GoodRich printing shop at 11.30am since 5 of us are carpool today.
Other than collect the program booklet and backdrop, we went there to print out all 4 infographic in A2 size and also the instruction cards designed by Hui Ying.
We only spend around 1.5 hours over there and buy our lunch from mamak on the way drop Jin Ling at Sungai Pinang to wait for her uncle, which is our lorry driver to go to Chai Diam Ma for the table and stands she promised to borrow us.
——Set Up for Event
After drop Jin Ling, 4 of us straight went to The Whiteaways Arcade, Ee Lin is over there to set up the hanger for us to put on our infographic.
When the time we finished our lunch, the people who send us the chairs and PA system is reached. I was in charge to deal with the PA system staff, while the rest is going down stairs to move the 80 chairs to the upstairs.
And the security guard has helped us a lot, he can moved around 10 chairs at one time. Throughout the 5 hours, we share the abunden together to make sure all the things can be done on time since tomorrow early morning we won't have much time to spend on set up anymore.
What we have done on the day is set up for exhibition, the backdrop, the arrangement of seat and also testing for PA system. We also figure out the way we can do for sponsorship wall together.

I also contact our advisor, Mr Faris to make sure he is coming to give out the speech on opening ceremony, while Hui Ying contact our venue sponsors, PBB Group.
