Counting down 6 days till the event.

——Printing for Invitation Card

It is almost the time to give out the invitation card for our guests: lecturers, sponsors, artists and those who help us a lot on the path. When design for the invitation card, I have done the measurement that 3 cards can easily fit into a 18*12 paper.

It allows us don't waste the space of the paper and as well as minimize the budget for our printing. After I come out a list, there is around 29 cards needed, so I decided to print out 30 pieces.

When the time Jin Ling and Hui Ying went to printing shop, I was not in Penang. Thus, I uploaded both of the pdf and indesign files on onedrive that our team members share commonly. The staff asked us to collect it by coming Thursday. I can't wait to see it!

——Finalized the Volunteers

Again, I created WhatApps group for my volunteers. After a short discussion with my team members, we decided to set the dress code for them, which is black in top and no slipper is allowed.

While for 4 of us, we will wear white to differentiate ourself with volunteers. I informed them the dress code and the arrival time through the group. I also assigned the task accordingly and will brief them before the event started.
